CP is offering 4- and 8-Week Summer Series workouts for your young athletes!

Starting July 6th, each class will be 90 minutes and include a warm-up, speed and agility work, muscular balance, strength training, and recovery. 

Classes will be offered 2 or 3 times per week from 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM or 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM only. 

Drop-ins are welcome but must register and sign up before they can work out.
